It will be essential for any missionary, whether a Career missionary, Sojourner or Guest Worker to adhere to the requirements, authority and policies and procedures that help maintain the integrity, structure and management of World Gospel Outreach’s ministry efforts. Humility, Flexibility, a willingness to serve alongside co-laborers and having no set expectations is necessary to having a great experience. As North Americans, we are serving those in other countries and must endeavor to develop a sensitivity to and an understanding of the culture in which we are working and living abroad.
